2. We prepare it in Lanzarote

Your order is packed in Playa Blanca and handed to Correos. We e-mail you the tracking number.

3. You receive it at home

Correos delivers to your address. If you are out, they leave a notice and keep it at your nearest post office.

Delivery questions, answered

No. The order leaves Lanzarote and is delivered within the Canary Islands, so it never goes through customs. There is no DUA, no handling fee and nothing extra to pay on delivery.

Standard delivery with Correos takes 1–3 working days in Lanzarote and 2–5 working days on the other islands, after 1–2 working days of preparation. If you need it sooner, express delivery (Paq Premium) arrives in 1–2 working days.

€4.95 on orders up to €79.99, and free from €80. Express delivery costs €13.58 up to 1 kg or €16.71 from 1 to 5 kg.

When the parcel leaves you receive an e-mail with the Correos tracking number. You can follow it on correos.es or in the Correos app.
