Refund policy

Your right to cancel

You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To start a return, email us at contact@saengskin.es within this period.

Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return, products must be:

Unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging
In the same condition as received, with all labels intact
Returned within 14 days of delivery

We cannot accept returns on:

Products that have been opened, used or unsealed — for hygiene and safety reasons, this is a firm policy and applies to all cosmetic products without exception
Products damaged by the customer after delivery
Gift cards

How to return

Email us at contact@saengskin.es with your order number and the product(s) you wish to return
We'll confirm your return and provide the return address
Pack the product(s) securely in their original packaging and ship to the address provided

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item — in which case we cover the return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5 working days to your original payment method. You'll receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued. Please allow a few additional days for your bank to process the transaction.

Damaged or wrong item

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us at contact@saengskin.es within 48 hours with a photo. We'll assess each case and offer the best solution as quickly as possible.
