We ship from Lanzarote: no customs and no extra charges anywhere in the Canary Islands. See rates, delivery times and FAQ →

Where we deliver

We currently deliver exclusively within the Canary Islands (Lanzarote, Fuerteventura, Gran Canaria, Tenerife, La Palma, La Gomera, El Hierro). We ship from Playa Blanca, Lanzarote.

We do not currently ship to mainland Spain or internationally. We hope to expand in the future — follow us on social media or subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know.

Shipping costs

Orders over €80: free shipping
Orders under €80: €4.95 flat rate across all Canary Islands

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery time

Lanzarote: 1–3 working days after dispatch
Other Canary Islands: 2–5 working days after dispatch

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances beyond our control. We will notify you of any significant delays.

Tracking your order

Every order includes a tracking number, sent to you by email once dispatched. You can use it to follow your delivery in real time.

Delivery issues

If your order is delayed or doesn't arrive, contact us at contact@saengskin.es.

If your package arrives damaged, please take a photo before opening it and email us within 48 hours at contact@saengskin.es. We'll assess each case and offer the best solution as quickly as possible.
