1.1 This website (saengskin.es) is operated by Cristina Bazoi (autónoma), trading as SAENG SKIN, with NIF Z3409081A, based in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote, Spain.

2. Products

2.1 All products sold on saengskin.es are cosmetic skincare products intended for external use only. They are not medical products and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.

2.2 We make every effort to display product colours, images and descriptions as accurately as possible. Slight variations may occur due to screen settings or manufacturer packaging updates.

2.3 Product availability is shown in real time on our website. If a product is out of stock, it cannot be added to the cart. We do not take payment for unavailable items.

3. Prices and payment

3.1 All prices are displayed in euros (€) and include applicable taxes.

3.2 We reserve the right to update prices at any time. The price charged will always be the price displayed at the time you place your order.

3.3 Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment provider. We do not see or store your card details.

3.4 An order is confirmed only once payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.

4. Orders

4.1 By placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order for reasons including stock availability, payment issues or suspected fraud.

4.2 If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Shipping and delivery

5.1 We currently deliver exclusively within the Canary Islands. Full details are available on our Shipping page.

5.2 Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control (courier delays, weather, customs processing).

6. Right of withdrawal

6.1 You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

6.2 To be eligible, products must be unused, unopened and in their original sealed packaging.

6.3 Cosmetic products that have been opened, used or unsealed cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons. This applies to all products without exception.

6.4 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item.

7. Product use and disclaimer

7.1 Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Always read the product label and ingredient list (INCI) before use.

7.2 We recommend performing a patch test before first use of any new skincare product, especially if you have sensitive or reactive skin.

7.3 If irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately.

7.4 Certain products contain ingredients that may increase sun sensitivity (vitamin C, AHA, BHA, retinol, retinal). Daily sunscreen use is essential when using these products.

7.5 Products containing retinol, retinal or bio-retinol should not be used during pregnancy, breastfeeding or when trying to conceive. This information is clearly indicated on the relevant product pages.

7.6 If you have a known allergy to any cosmetic ingredient, always check the full INCI list on the product page or packaging before purchasing.

7.7 SAENG SKIN does not provide medical advice. For specific skin conditions or concerns, consult a dermatologist or healthcare professional.

8. Intellectual property

8.1 All content on this website — including text, images, logos, graphics and design — is the property of SAENG SKIN or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property law.

8.2 You may not reproduce, distribute or use any content from this site without our written permission.

9. Liability

9.1 We take every care to ensure our products are safe, authentic and as described. However, SAENG SKIN's liability is limited to the purchase price of the product(s) in question.

9.2 We are not liable for any adverse reaction resulting from improper use, failure to follow product instructions, or failure to check ingredients for known allergies.

10. Governing law

10.1 These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any dispute arising from these terms or your use of the website shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Arrecife, Lanzarote.
