Product Information

Please read this page before buying. It explains where our product information comes from and what we can and cannot guarantee.

1. We are a retailer, not the manufacturer

SAENG SKIN sells original products made by Korean brands. We are not the manufacturer of any product we stock. The manufacturer’s name and address appear on each product’s packaging, and detailed technical information about a product can be requested from the brand directly.

2. Product information can change

Brands update their formulas, ingredient lists (INCI), textures, sizes and packaging from time to time, often without telling retailers. We check our listings regularly and update them as soon as we become aware of a change, but there may be a delay. The information printed on the product you receive always takes precedence over what is shown on our website. If you have a specific requirement, check the packaging before first use.

3. Images are a guide

Product photos are supplied by the brands or taken by us. The product you receive may differ in packaging design, colour, labelling language or edition (for example, a seasonal or renewed version) while being the same product. Colours on screen may also look different from the real product.

4. Use, allergies and reactions

Our products are cosmetics for external use only. Read the label and the full ingredient list before use. We recommend a patch test on a small area of skin before using any new product, especially if your skin is sensitive or reactive. If irritation occurs, stop using the product.

If you have a known allergy to a cosmetic ingredient, check the INCI list on the packaging before purchase; if in doubt, contact the brand. Responsibility for the safety and composition of a product rests with its manufacturer, as the responsible person under the EU Cosmetics Regulation. We will of course help you with any problem with a product bought from us.

5. Brand claims

Descriptions such as “suitable for sensitive skin”, “dermatologically tested”, “hypoallergenic”, “vegan” or “fragrance-free” are the brand’s own claims. We reproduce them in good faith but do not test them independently.

6. Not medical advice

Nothing on this website is medical advice. The skin-concern guidance, routines and articles we publish are general information. For a skin condition, a medication you are taking, pregnancy or breastfeeding, consult a dermatologist, doctor or pharmacist before using an active product.

7. Our commitment

We select every product we sell, research it and write our own descriptions. Even so, errors or outdated details can slip through. If you spot one, tell us at contact@saengskin.es and we will correct it.
